MR. SUSHIL CHAND SONI Founder
He is a veteran of the industry with 60 years of experience and still plays an active role in new product designing. He has developed various coil winding machines , forming machines & other innovative machines / processes for the fan manufacturing industry.
MR. SUDARSHAN SONI Director
He completed his Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, 1979 . He has over 40 years of experience in the fan industry
MR. SUKAUSHAL SONI Director
He completed his B Com from Rajasthan University in 1984. He has over 35 years of experience in the fan industry.
MR. VAIBHAV SONI CEO
Vaibhav is a true believer in being the change to see the change. He has a MSc in Physics and a BE in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BITS Pilani. His career started at Exxon Mobil, after which he eventually joined his family business. He expanded into manufacturing of electrical fans. He is the Chairperson of Young Indians, Kolkata chapter which is the youth arm of CII for the year 2022. His passion towards a better tomorrow for India and his belief in the power of the youth is married beautifully at Young Indians. As a father of 2 girls he strives to change the face of girl child education in India.
MR. SANJAY BHOOT
BE in ECE in 1990. Green Belts in six sigma. 30 Years’ experience in the fan industry in quality control, product design & business development and over 25 years experience as Head R & D, Orient Electric.
